UAE Shipping
Free shipping in the UAE for all items (orders above AED 500)
Orders for next day delivery must be made by noon, Sunday to Thursday. Deliveries are based on standard working days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Public Holidays). We offer Same Day Delivery, and Friday/Saturday Delivery on selected items.

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as “Damaged” and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. The shipping charges provided during checkout or quoted separately by our customer representatives is for shipping of the order into your country only. Each country has its own import charges and/or VAT. You may want to check with your local post, FedEx, Aramex or customs office to find out just what these charges may be. Unfortunately, if KitesurfDubai.ae sends an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to KitesurfDubai.ae minus the total shipping and returns costs.
