Unwanted item/Not faulty
If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you have 45 days to return it. 🚚
Please make sure you respect the following criteria:
Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging
If your return order adheres to the above criteria, please follow these steps:
- Log into your store, then go to My Account.
- Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
- Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
- Click Submit Return Request.
- When a return request is submitted, we will receive a notification email, and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please ship the items in their original packaging using courier or post to the following address:

- Please make sure you mention that the item is “Returned Goods” on your customs declaration form.
- Please provide us with the tracking number for the shipment along with the original order number.
- After goods have been received and inspected you will receive your refund minus a 5% restocking fee, shipping and import charges. From our end this may take around 7 days from the date of receiving the items. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days from refund confirmation please check with your bank.
Faulty Item
If an item is faulty then it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:
- All used items must be cleaned before returning to us, we cannot deal with any dirty items and they will be returned to you.
- Contact our Customer Service agents through the Contact Us form and wait for a reply before proceeding to Step 3
- Please ship the items in their original packaging using courier or post to the following address:

- Please make sure you mention that the item is “Faulty Items/Returned Goods” on your customs declaration form.
- Please provide us with the tracking number for the shipment along with the original order number.
- After goods have been received and inspected you will receive a follow up from our team. Depending on each case, we may refund, exchange or issue a credit note if the claim is 60 days past the delivery date.
Wrong Item
